Workshop Difficulty: Essential / Intermediate
Build on the Level 1 full-body routine with greater emphasis on core stability and coordinated movement to further challenge strength, power, and agility. Explore more complex variations of familiar Reformer exercises and innovative movement patterns that demand unilateral control, weight transfer, and torso rotation.
This level refines strength and mobility across the arms, legs, shoulders, and hips, making it well suited for very fit, experienced sports enthusiasts ready to take their conditioning to the next level.

Level 3 delivers intense, performance-driven conditioning for high-level movers. Expand use of the Reformer beyond traditional Pilates applications, learning how to integrate challenging conditioning exercises into advanced athletic training.
Featuring extensive use of the Reformer Box, explore exercises inspired by sport-specific drills drawn from football, track and field, swimming, gymnastics, rowing, and more. This programming is designed for accomplished athletes seeking innovative strategies to enhance strength, mobility, and control in a highly demanding training environment.
Workshop Difficulty: Intermediate / Advanced
Level 4 elevates the intensity of the most demanding exercises from previous levels. The focus shifts toward advanced conditioning strategies with a strong emphasis on upper-body strength and stability, while continuing to challenge full-body mobility and control.
Rather than a complete workout, this workshop is presented as a curated collection of high-level exercises that can be strategically woven into high-performance training programs. Ideal for very fit, accomplished movers, Level 4 provides powerful tools for elevating athletic conditioning on the Reformer.

These workshops are ideal for Pilates instructors, trainers, and movement professionals looking to integrate athletic conditioning into their Reformer programming.
