Deconstruction-to-Reconstruction: The Art of Teaching Complex Reformer Exercises

Description

Learn a clear, practical framework for breaking down complex Reformer exercises and rebuilding them into accessible, teachable progressions. This workshop explores how multi-part, multi-directional movements can be analyzed, simplified, and sequenced to help clients succeed with confidence. You’ll learn how to identify the foundational movement patterns within advanced repertoire and how to use layering, cueing, and variations to guide clients toward more challenging combinations. Ideal for instructors who want to expand their teaching toolbox, this session provides strategies for creating creative, effective, and safe Reformer progressions for both group and private training.
