Friday is your IT Qualification Day — a closed Instructor Trainer environment where you'll work through all four new workshops before with the workshop creators, the Director of Product and the Head of Instructor Trainer Experience.
These sessions are delivered through the Instructor Trainer lens. No clients, no students — just focused time to understand the material from the perspective of teaching it and to prepare to introduce these new workshops first.
After Qualification Day, join fellow Instructor Trainers and members of the leadership team for an IT-only reception to kick off the weekend.
After IT Qualification Day, you'll decide how you want to participate for the rest of the Symposium. You'll indicate your preference on the IT Interest Form, and the IT Experience Team will help you finalize your selections and get registered.
If you prefer to stay in the Instructor Trainer role, you can choose from IT-focused opportunities such as:
All IT Pathway options are included in your IT Experience.
Join the sessions offered across Saturday and Sunday and experience the content in "student mode." This option follows the standard attendee schedule and requires an additional fee. As in the past, you can qualify to teach new workshops by following the Student Pathway.
No matter which path you choose for the weekend, all ITs receive:
This is a brand-new experience for Instructor Trainers, and we want to walk through it with you personally. Once you've reviewed your options, submit the IT Interest Form. An IT Experience Team member will follow up 1:1 to act as your concierge — confirming your selections, outlining any fees if applicable and ensuring you're registered for the experience that fits your role.
