IT Qualification Day

An immersive, IT-only day offering early access to NEW STOTT PILATES workshops as an educator.

Friday is your IT Qualification Day — a closed Instructor Trainer environment where you'll work through all four new workshops before with the workshop creators, the Director of Product and the Head of Instructor Trainer Experience.

These sessions are delivered through the Instructor Trainer lens. No clients, no students — just focused time to understand the material from the perspective of teaching it and to prepare to introduce these new workshops first.

Workshops Covered on IT Qualification Day:

  • STOTT PILATES® Deconstruction-to-Reconstruction:The Art of Teaching Complex Reformer Exercises
  • STOTT PILATES® Dynamic Core Control with the Mini Stability Ball™
  • STOTT PILATES® Reformer Pilates for Active Aging: Strength, Balance & Longevity
  • STOTT PILATES® Fitness Circle® Strength–Endurance–Recovery Flow Sequences

Friday Evening: IT Welcome Reception

After Qualification Day, join fellow Instructor Trainers and members of the leadership team for an IT-only reception to kick off the weekend.

 Saturday, May 2 & Sunday, May 3

Shape your weekend

After IT Qualification Day, you'll decide how you want to participate for the rest of the Symposium. You'll indicate your preference on the IT Interest Form, and the IT Experience Team will help you finalize your selections and get registered.

Option A: IT Pathway
no additional fees

If you prefer to stay in the Instructor Trainer role, you can choose from IT-focused opportunities such as:

  • 1:1 career development sessions with leadership
  • Observing approved sessions
  • Assisting in select workshops
  • Participating in roundtables or small-group conversations

All IT Pathway options are included in your IT Experience.

Option B: Student Pathway
additional fees apply

Join the sessions offered across Saturday and Sunday and experience the content in "student mode." This option follows the standard attendee schedule and requires an additional fee. As in the past, you can qualify to teach new workshops by following the Student Pathway.

What Else Is Included for Instructor Trainers

No matter which path you choose for the weekend, all ITs receive:

  • Friday Evening: IT Welcome Reception
  • Access to the Saturday General Session
  • Use of the dedicated IT Lounge for storage, connection and downtime
  • Special IT recognition on your badge
  • Acknowledgment during the Saturday General Session
  • IT-focused touch points woven throughout the weekend

  NEXT STEP:
