Mat To Match: Performance Training for Pickleball & Racket Sports

Description

Develop integrated control and movement efficiency from the mat to the match in this dynamic workshop designed for pickleball and racket sports enthusiasts and fitness professionals alike. Through a progressive sequence that moves from mindful Matwork to courtside preparation and on-court application, you’ll learn how to build a foundation of stability, control and efficient force transfer before advancing to sport-specific mobility and dynamic preparation. The progression then connects controlled practice with responsive play, agility, balance, and coordination with the same precision cultivated on the mat. Discover how Pilates-based movement can develop athletic readiness by linking controlled strength, elasticity, and efficient movement patterns to elevate performance and reduce injury risk.
