This hands-on workshop, developed by the STOTT PILATES® Academy team, outlines the importance of postural analysis in programming STOTT PILATES® workouts. Discuss the differences between static and dynamic posture and consider how each affects exercise choices and modifications necessary. Review postural theory relating to the effect of certain postures on muscle length and strength and actively practice postural analysis.

If a student cancels their enrollment in a Course, no refunds or credits will be issued.
Course enrollments cannot be transferred to another student, course, or workshop.

Merrithew® equipment is strongly encouraged, as instruction will be delivered using Merrithew equipment. Participants using substitute equipment will not be blocked from participating; however, Instructor Trainers will not be able to modify the workshop content or provide guidance on adapting exercises during the session.
