By enrolling in a course, workshop, or self-guided education offering through STOTT PILATES® Academy Online, you agree to the following:
Enrollment & Access
All education offerings are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a student cancels their enrollment, no refunds or credits will be issued. Course enrollments cannot be transferred to another student, course, or workshop.
Cancellations by Merrithew®
Merrithew reserves the right to cancel or modify courses and workshops at any time. If Merrithew® cancels a scheduled offering, students will be notified and may be eligible for a refund or credit.
Educational Format & Participation
Self-guided workshops are delivered through online video instruction and supporting educational materials. Physical participation is not required. Participation is optional, and anyone choosing to follow along should do so safely and within their own limits.
Health & Safety Notice
Participation in exercise-based education involves inherent risks. Individuals who are pregnant, injured, recovering, or under medical supervision should consult a qualified healthcare provider before engaging in physical activity.
Equipment
Equipment is not required for most self-guided education offerings unless explicitly stated. For live online workshops or courses where equipment is required, participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to the necessary equipment and props.
Participants may use equipment from any manufacturer. Merrithew is not responsible for the safety or operation of non-Merrithew equipment.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party provider.
