ZEN•GA® Strength & Mobility with the Vertical Frame

Description

Experience the ZEN•GA® Mindful Movement approach using the Vertical Frame. This workshop blends fascial fitness concepts with breath, support, yield, and flow to enhance body awareness and movement efficiency. Explore three-dimensional sequences using springs, the V2 Vinyasa Triangle, fuzzy straps, and a Mini Stability Ball to challenge dynamic stabilization, whole-body integration, and fluid transitions. Participants will leave with fresh programming ideas that blend strength, mobility, and mindful exploration, offering a unique movement experience that is both grounding and invigorating.

Learning Objectives

  1. Apply ZEN•GA Mindful Movement Principles to a variety of whole-body movements.
  2. Identify opportunities to experience long-chain myofascial continuities in action.
  3. Demonstrate how a mindful movement approach supports and enhances an experiential understanding of the neuro-myo-fascial web.
  4. Integrate ZEN•GA programming concepts utilizing the V2 Max mat converter and vertical frame.

  • Fuzzy Footstrap Cover
  • Mat Converter
  • Padded Platform Extender

To fully participate in this workshop, participants must have access to the equipment listed for the session. Merrithew® equipment is strongly encouraged, as instruction will be delivered using Merrithew equipment. Participants using substitute equipment will not be blocked from participating; however, Instructor Trainers will not be able to modify the workshop content or provide guidance on adapting exercises during the session.
