Description
Learn select exercises from the STOTT PILATES® Essential Matwork repertoire incorporating the Arc Barrel for support, challenge and variety in this interactive workshop, developed by the STOTT PILATES® Academy team. Discover how the Barrel can be incorporated into any Matwork routine for variety and challenge. Learn to support the spine in flexion, lateral flexion or extension, to target core and peripheral muscle groups, and to adapt exercises to specific body types.Workshop

Student Cancellations:
If a student cancels their enrollment in a course/workshop, no refunds or credits will be issued.
Schedule Changes:
Enrollments cannot be transferred to another student, course, or workshop.
Provider Cancellations:
Merrithew® reserves the right to cancel or modify courses/workshops up to three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled date. In such cases, students will be notified, and any paid fees may be applied to a future course or refunded in full.

To fully participate in this workshop, participants must have access to the equipment listed for the session. Merrithew® equipment is strongly encouraged, as instruction will be delivered using Merrithew equipment. Participants using substitute equipment will not be blocked from participating; however, Instructor Trainers will not be able to modify the workshop content or provide guidance on adapting exercises during the session.
