Course Overview

Osteoporosis is often referred to as the “silent disease,” yet its impact on mobility, independence, and overall quality of life can be significant. This specialized Professional Development course equips movement professionals with evidence-based exercise strategies to support optimal bone health and fracture prevention.

  • Functional assessment strategies
  • Case-based programming
  • Movement analysis and modification
  • Risk-informed exercise design
  • Application of the STOTT PILATES® Principles within bone-safe programming

Emphasis is placed not only on content mastery, but on instructional clarity, course flow, evaluation standards, and effective facilitation of complex clinical concepts.
