Intermediate Matwork: Functional Anatomy, Cueing & Correcting
Description
Focus on the details of cueing and correcting many of the more difficult moves in this Intermediate Matwork workshop, developed by the STOTT PILATES® Academy team. Select exercises are broken down to identify the specific joint movement and muscular action. Learn cueing tips and modifications to help clients progress into this more challenging work while maintaining good form. Review observation skills and verbal cues and see real changes in the way clients move.Workshop

Merrithew® reserves the right to cancel or modify courses/workshops up to three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled date. In such cases, students will be notified, and any paid fees may be applied to a future course or refunded in full.

To fully participate in this workshop, participants must have access to the equipment listed for the session. Merrithew® equipment is strongly encouraged, as instruction will be delivered using Merrithew equipment. Participants using substitute equipment will not be blocked from participating; however, Instructor Trainers will not be able to modify the workshop content or provide guidance on adapting exercises during the session.
