Designed for use in Reformer sessions with pregnant clients, this 3-hour, self-paced workshop shows you how to teach a complete Prenatal Functional Endurance workout grounded in the STOTT PILATES® Principles and functional movement. Created for certified Pilates instructors and those in training, the course walks you through five phases—Warm-Up, Lower-Body Strength & Endurance, Upper Body & Postural Strength, Functional Training for Parenting, and Mobility & Recovery—so you can clearly see how each section is structured and taught. You’ll work through key teaching decisions, including setup, loading, and cueing strategies that support comfort, control, and efficiency during pregnancy. The workshop also covers common prenatal considerations such as pelvic girdle pain, diastasis recti, pelvic floor symptoms, and supine sensitivity, with a focus on applying functional movement patterns within balanced Reformer programming.
